How To Get Kissproof Lips
Rimmel Provocalips Review Swatches - Beauty Vanity

Kiss or no kiss, I want lip gloss and lipstick that’s going to last.   I’m the laziest when it comes to lip reapplication.

Rimmel’s track record so far when it comes to lipsticks/lip glosses have been spot on, so I picked up these two shades from their  Provocalips  collection.

Application is simple.   You will need to apply the color directly onto the lips using the applicator, but let it dry for at least a minute before applying the gloss.   It feels a little tacky once the color is dry, so adding the gloss on top makes wearing the lip gloss much more bearable.

It lasted quite long on the lips, but be sure to exfoliate and moisturize before applying this type of lipstick.   It accentuates dryness and if there are dry patches on your lips, once those peel off, so will the color.

Not any old makeup wipe will do for removal (trust me, I tried), so I’d recommend using a heavy duty makeup remover to dissolve the color on the lips.

Kiss Me You Fool  was a winner.   Application was even, it was opaque, that shade of red complimented my skin tone and it was comfortable to wear.

Kiss Fatal  was a little deceiving based on the packaging.   I thought it was going to be a deep plum color, but instead it was a medium  plum with a hint of sheen.   I also didn’t like how it highlighted my lip lines.

Available at your local drugstore and  Ulta  for around $7.

What are your thoughts on ultra long wearing lipstick like the  Rimmel Provocalips?   Would you wear these on date night?
