We focus on minority rights and interests, ranging from policy to career advancement to relationships, and comment on social issues with them in mind as our reader and our main motivator.

L&P is also a platform for women who want to share their perspectives and their experiences. Gone are the days in which women were silenced and we hope to help usher in a brighter and more equal future for our society in which women will be heard and people will listen.
